Operation Instructions:
Wash thoroughly before first use. Handwash only. Remove the blades carefully.
Due to packaging reasons the handle is attached facing inwards. Push the centre rod out, hold the rod and twist the handle to remove it and attach with the handle facing outwards.
Place the spiralizer on a firm horizontal surface, turn the silver lever to activate the suction base securing it to the table.
For the string cuts, insert the blade using the tab at bottom of blade, insert the long straight edge through the slot ensuring it is firmly in line. Click to the left into place.
Prepare the fruits or vegetables by peeling if necessary and cutting the top and bottom to create straight flat ends. Place on the single prong nearest the cutting blades.
Use the handle to slide and bring foward the four prongs tightly adding a little pressure to secure into the food.
Turn the handle adding a little more pressure each time the handle is turned.
