Operation Instructions:
1. Cut each end of your vegetable flat
2. Firmly press food into shaft
3. Place one hand on the bottom to stabilize the spiralizer
4. Use other hand to turn the crank clockwise while applying slight pressure towards the blade
To spiral cut vegetables, no blades need to be inserted. The spiralizer has an integrated blade.
To julienne, or spaghetti cut your vegetables, 3 size spare blades are included.
