This Stainless Steel Vegetable Spiralizer will revolutionise your cooking and in fact your way of eating. In a matter of minutes you can make vegetable spaghetti or spiral strands. Assembly Instructions:
1. Due to packaging reasons, the handle is attached facing inwards.
2. Push the centre rod out so that the handle can be re-attached.
3. Hold the rod and twist the handle to remove it and attach with the handle facing outwards.
Operation Instructions:
1. If using the spiralizer for the first time, please handwash thoroughly remove dust and excess oil.
2. Place the spiralizer on a firm horizontal surface with the handle on the right side.
3. Turn the suction base lever to activate the suction base, securing it to the table.
4. The spiralizer should feel solidly mounted before use.
5. For cutting spiral slices no additional blade is needed because the straight blade is already mounted on the spiralizer. For making julienne slicing either use the thin or the thick julienne blade and mount it on the provided opening.
6. To insert the blades use the tab at the bottom of the blade, insert the long straight edge of the blade through the slot ensuring it is firmly in line before clicking it toward you to clip it in place.
7. To remove the blades hold the same tab and push away to unclip.
8. Prepare your fruit or vegetables by peeling them if necessary and cutting the top and bottom to create straight flat ends.
9. Place onto the single prong nearest the cutting blades.
10. Use the handle to slide and bring forward the four prongs tightly behind, adding a little pressure to secure into the food.
11. Turn the handle to add a little more pressure each time the handle is turned.
