The spiralizer will ship with the handle mounted backwards. Simply unscrew the black handle, flip its direction, and screw back on finger tight.

To spiral cut vegetables, no blades need to be inserted. The spiralizer has an integrated blade. 

To julienne, or spaghetti cut your vegetables, 3 size spare blades are included.
